Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data and contributing to the success of our operations. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other staff members to achieve our goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards, upholding the trust and confidence of our clients. Professionally interact with other staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. Complete all tasks for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay focused and on-task, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines. Experience in data entry or similar roles preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of data management principles and practices. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language skills and basic computer literacy. Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy, with a high level of proficiency in reading and speaking English. KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a demonstrated understanding of office procedures and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong foundation in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and outside the box.
