Department Overview: MVRecovery MVRecovery, a division of blithequark, specializes in Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound services. As a full-service recovery operation, we bridge the gap between lenders and repossession agents, streamlining the recovery process to make it quicker and more compliant. We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator to join our team, someone who can work closely with field agents and customer information to secure collateral for our clients efficiently. Job Description: CSR Administrator We're on the hunt for a highly skilled CSR Administrator to thrive in our fast-paced recovery environment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining impeccable account orderliness, ensuring that each account is assigned to a field agent, updating accounts with new client information, and communicating escalated issues to clients or supervisors as needed. A proficient CSR will facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral, demonstrate a solid understanding of our products and services, and initiate necessary actions with ease. This role is performed entirely via computer, eliminating the need for field work or travel. The perfect candidate must be meticulous, enjoy customer service interactions, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain account orderliness and ensure each account is assigned to a field agent. Update designated accounts with new information received from clients. Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as necessary. Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions. Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral. Utilize strong phone skills to provide clear and concise direction. Exhibit strong multi-tasking and organization skills. Essential Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction. Experience with collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit would be highly beneficial. A high level of proficiency in using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience working in a remote environment. Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
