Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at blithequark. Essential Qualifications Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including accurate appraisal, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical issues, health counseling, and behavior anticipating for our patients. Order and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education. At least two years of medically relevant experience or the equivalent. Complete the Dot certification test in no less than 30 days of employment. Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to but including Spanish. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting rotation with blithequark is preferred, but entirely not necessary. Education Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Or, in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related Master's degree or equivalent experience along with a Bachelor's degree in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role.
