About the Role: Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Billing shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements Recognizing and resolving documentation errors Assisting customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions Performing general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing Processing over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution Key Responsibilities and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
