About the Role: Chat Specialist As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with customers, providing them with accurate information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with the latest information. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that can help our dealer clients generate revenue from their website traffic. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized to the customer's needs. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technology. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential for success in this role. You should be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Gaming experience or previous experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment can be beneficial in this role. A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including sales, service, and finance, can be an advantage.
