Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients and care providers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner Assessing client eligibility and specific needs for backup care services, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions Conducting research and providing referrals for backup care options, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need Documenting all client interactions and support issues in our case management system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Maintaining high client satisfaction by meeting call center performance metrics, continually striving to improve our services and exceed our clients' expectations Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, preferred, in a relevant field such as social work, education, or healthcare Experience in a child care and/or adult care setting, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by families and care providers Strong customer service skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and care providers Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in a variety of formats Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you may also have: Experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic setting Familiarity with CRM database systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize our case management system with ease Bilingual communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and care providers who speak multiple languages Knowledge of backup care services and family care needs, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by families and care providers Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Customer service skills : the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, responding to the needs and concerns of clients and care providers in a timely and professional manner Communication skills : the ability to communicate effectively with clients and care providers, expressing yourself clearly and concisely in a variety of formats Analytical skills : the ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns and trends, and develop effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients Organizational skills : the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records Time management skills : the ability to manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
