Key Responsibilities Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, and emergency codes. Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance and support as required. Monitor Front End associates, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers. Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting with error correction, and verifying processes to meet company guidelines. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, supporting cashiers, and maintaining front-end cash levels. Oversee and promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 16 years old. Possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or retail management. Knowledge of company programs and procedures.
