As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of advisors, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support advisors, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to drive business objectives and improve customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage a team of customer support advisors, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Lead next to each other perceptions and quality confirmation (call checking) surveys to ensure that our team is meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets * Screen ticket line efficiencies to guarantee ideal effort to clients and follow up when necessary * Examine patterns in view of verifiable information to close execution holes and improve customer satisfaction * Support any group explicit drives or activities with the administration group * Make proposals or potentially make a remedial move to oversee execution as proper and be a fundamental piece of the disciplinary and end process * Work intimately with HR and Senior Authority to address and determine representative issues * Successfully interview and suggest possibility for recruit * Answer in an expert and gracious way to heightened client care requests, solicitations or objections to arrive at a successful goal **Essential Qualifications:** * Four-year college education or comparable client confronting and the executives work insight * Solid critical thinking abilities and the capacity to think logically while working in a high speed climate * Demonstrated capacity to close execution holes * Capacity to explore various programming applications and advances on the double * Fantastic correspondence and relationship building abilities * Demonstrated capacity to give significant and quick criticism in a high speed and complex climate effectively **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment * Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business objectives * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company and be part of a dynamic and growing team * Flexible remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from home * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
