Key Responsibilities Drive the client experience by developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Lead a team of customer service experts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service delivery Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in the client experience and develop solutions to address these gaps Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints Partner with the training team to ensure that all customer-facing staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service staff Monitor and analyze customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience Supervise store checkout activities, including cash management for all cash touchpoints Develop and implement strategies to improve checkout and returns processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers Essential Qualifications 4 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications Working knowledge of Google Suite tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders Proven track record of driving business results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Related experience in the home goods or furniture industry Effective experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address gaps in the customer experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
