As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, and resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. Your expertise in bedding products will be essential in confidently answering product-related questions and providing recommendations to customers.
