Job Brief We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Executive at arenaflex. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21, regular working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with arenaflex's customer service policies, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer complaints and concerns. Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed, ensuring that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Identify and escalate priority issues, directing cases to appropriate resources and ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, and utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and navigate software applications. Work with the customer service manager to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered, and close out or open call records and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, providing a composed and professional response to all customer interactions. Comfortable using computers and proficient in basic software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Experience working with customer support is a plus, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and development programs to ensure that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
