Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes. Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance our customer service delivery and internal operations. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and customer privacy. Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence, utilizing this knowledge to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Document all activities related to claims, maintaining accurate and detailed records that support our customer service and revenue cycle management processes. Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, providing clear, concise, and helpful information to resolve queries and concerns. Utilize various tools and systems to verify eligibility, claim status, and obtain better billing information, leveraging technology to streamline our processes and improve customer outcomes. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education that can be built upon with our training and development programs. Experience in medical and/or call center environments is highly desirable, although not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. A dedicated work-from-home space that is quiet, private, and free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection that meets our technical requirements. The ability to manage your time and tasks independently, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency while working remotely. Technical Requirements for Remote Work To ensure seamless connectivity and performance, you will need: An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, supporting the demands of our remote work environment. A direct Ethernet connection to your router/modem, as we cannot support connections via Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports. Pay Range and Schedule The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and recognition of your skills and experience. Your schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST, offering a structured framework for your work while allowing for flexibility and autonomy.
