Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate efficiently between applications, including Microsoft Office, and a minimum of 30 words per minute typing skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of customers and provide support in their preferred language.
