Your primary responsibilities will include: * Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders * Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments * Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times * Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers * Protecting business assets and revenue * Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for our customers * Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision * Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations * Following internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities **What You'll Need for Success:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills are required in some locations * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: With over 6,800 daily flights across our global network, you'll have access to 365 destinations and the opportunity to explore new places with your loved ones. * Health Benefits: On day one, you'll have access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits that will help you stay healthy and thrive.
