Job Overview In this vital role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, responding to a variety of service requests and issues in a fast-paced call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, which requires accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial communication from the client. You will utilize your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical acumen to address client concerns effectively and efficiently. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a significant role in enhancing the overall client experience and ensuring that blithequark continues to deliver on its commitment to human-centric health care. Key Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently. Accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication, utilizing your analytical skills to determine the root cause of the issue. Provide support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience that meets their unique needs and expectations. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication principles. Prior call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Capability to develop technical acumen is necessary, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong client-facing orientation is essential, with a passion for delivering personalized and empathetic service to clients. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
