Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, answering their inquiries about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary goal will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, provide accurate information, and turn the experience into a lead, enabling our clients to generate revenue from their website traffic. Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Provide detailed information about our products and services, including sales, service, finance, and general dealership information, to help customers make informed decisions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing lead generation opportunities. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving results. Requirements for Remote Work To work remotely with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements: Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, ensuring a reliable and efficient workspace. Live within the state of Texas, with a quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development. Have a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred, to efficiently manage customer inquiries and interactions.
