Maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Reside within the state of Oklahoma, as this position requires you to be located in Tulsa, OK, for remote work. Own a computer or laptop that meets our technical specifications, including a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Ensure your computer has a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Operating System, and an 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher). Have a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, allowing you to focus on your work. Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred. Prior gaming experience is preferred, as it can enhance your ability to engage in fast-paced online conversations and think critically. Essential and Preferred Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the following qualifications are essential and preferred for success in this role: Essential: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment. Preferred: Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or a related field; experience in the automotive industry or with automotive dealer clients.
