As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, within a 100-mile commutable distance from Greensboro, NC. With a range of shifts available between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and occasional overtime and weekends, you will have the opportunity to balance your work and personal life. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call, addressing topics such as benefits, eligibility, and claims Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select optimal benefit plans Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and specialist connections Assist customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency Research complex health-related issues to provide accurate information and solutions Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, as well as a minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience. You must be 18 years of age or older and reside within a 100-mile commutable distance of Greensboro, NC. As a customer-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
