About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone and email. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, and updating shipping methods Supervise and ensure that all relevant orders have shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels Log all interactions with customers, maintaining detailed records of customer communications Multi-task and type at a speed of at least 40 words per minute, ensuring efficient and productive work Perform other customer support-related or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Excellent computer knowledge and usability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage time while multi-tasking Tactful customer issue resolution skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer support software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent typing skills, with a speed of 50 words per minute or more What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
