Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: 6 months to 3 years of contact center experience within the last 2 years. A high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with Salesforce experience being a plus. Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule. The ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. The ability to perform job duties while sitting or standing for prolonged periods. Technology Requirements for a Seamless Remote Work Experience To ensure a smooth and productive remote work experience, you will need: A fast and reliable internet connection (25 MBPS download required) with an Ethernet hookup strongly preferred.
