As a valued member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative, dynamic environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate (Part-Time) – Telehealth Operations Support, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound/outbound contacts via email, ticketing, and phone, providing timely, clear updates, and ensuring seamless communication with patients, pharmacies, and partners. * Triage and route issues in Jira and Slack using our tagging and escalation matrices, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. * Monitoring queues and escalating real-time risks to prevent operational disruptions and maintain high-quality service delivery. * Resolving pharmacy/prescription questions, including receipt checks, resend requests, and clarifications with clinicians, and communicating next steps to patients/pharmacies. * Assisting with scheduling/rescheduling on partner or blithequark platforms and sending confirmations using approved language. * Capturing crisp internal notes and patient-facing summaries, using internal macros to standardize replies, and proposing new snippets/SOP updates when spotting patterns. * Protecting HIPAA at every step, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive patient information. **Schedule & Coverage** As a part-time team member, you will be required to work primarily in the evenings and weekends, with flexibility to pick up additional hours within a 6:00 a.m.–11:59 p.m. CT window to cover spikes, launches, PTO, or outages.
