As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and delivering effortless experiences that live into our brand. **About the Role** As our VP, Underwriting Operations and Customer Experience Strategist, you'll lead our customer advocacy and customer-focused executive team, stewarding the customer experience journey and delivering seamless experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop, build, and lead a best-in-class customer experience that leverages current expectations of users and partners, and is informed by benchmarking and best practices focused on top digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives * Leading a high-performing team of customer experience professionals, including customer success, agent experiences, and underwriting operations * Establishing key relationships with leaders inside and outside of the organization to ensure excellent customer experience and outcomes * Managing key performance metrics, including financial and productivity metrics, to inform strategic decision-making * Developing and implementing processes and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences, including policies, endorsements, escalations, and resolutions * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue **The Right Stuff** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree in a related field * 5+ years of experience in a senior operating role leading customer-facing organizations, with a proven track record of delivering results * 10+ years of overall P&C Insurance Industry experience, with advanced knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth **What We Offer** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive cash compensation, with a base salary range of $195,000-$250,000 USD * A piece of the pie (in the form of equity) * Comprehensive health plans * Generous PTO * Future-focused 401k match * Generous parental and caregiver leave * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that reflects our core values and operating principles **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned executive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
