As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and delivering effortless experiences that live into our brand. **About the Role** As our VP, Underwriting Operations and Customer Experience Strategist, you'll lead our customer advocacy and customer-focused executive team, stewarding the customer experience journey and delivering seamless experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop, build, and lead a best-in-class customer experience that leverages current expectations of users and partners, and is informed by benchmarking and best practices focused on top digital experiences.
