Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our Pre-Care team. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to the nearest arenaflex office or hub for meetings and collaboration. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective patients and caregivers, promoting the unique benefits of arenaflex's programs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the application and enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for inbound callers, emails, and chats, providing high-level customer service and promoting arenaflex's programs. Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them about our services, assist with the application process, and ensure a smooth transition to care. Provide necessary documentation and requirements to relevant parties, including the State Department of Health, patients' insurance providers, and caregivers, to facilitate efficient service authorization. Achieve monthly performance metrics, including creating cases and handling calls, while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Create high-quality cases with accurate data, ensuring seamless progression to care. Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in every interaction, embodying arenaflex's values of compassion and service. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess experience in telephonic sales, a proven track record of managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to articulate complex information clearly, resolve issues comfortably over the phone, and maintain detailed case notes. Proficiency in computer systems, strong typing skills, and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues are also essential. While not required, bilingualism in Spanish or other languages and experience with Salesforce are highly desirable. Essential Qualifications Experience in telephonic sales or a related field. Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service. A strong passion for customer service, with the ability to show empathy and patience. Computer proficiency, including strong typing skills and the ability to use technology to resolve issues. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Bilingual in Spanish or other languages. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
