Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, optimizing their service experience, driving satisfaction, and loyalty. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, or service Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $16.40/hr (and up) + up to $3,000 in commissions monthly, if all sales goals are met.
