Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs * Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up support * Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner * Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services **Why You?
