Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution that meets their needs. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or sales role. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a commission-based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience in a retail or technology setting.
