About the Role: Customer Service Associate As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service and Sales team, working closely with customers on a daily basis to provide them with exceptional service, product knowledge, and support. Your primary objective will be to establish best practices and refine processes that support customer care objectives and drive sales margins. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience with arenaflex.
