Key Responsibilities: Maintain the daily schedules of Service and Install Technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate return trips with customers when parts are available, keeping them informed about our schedule and lead times. Manage the on-call schedule for service technicians, ensuring seamless coverage and prompt response to customer needs. Keep customers updated on our company schedule, requested lead times, and any changes or updates, fostering transparency and trust. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective communication. Collaborate with department managers, employees, and customers, providing clear and concise communication throughout the daily routine. Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you will need to possess advanced customer service skills, with the ability to multitask, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, or project management is required, although equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Essential Qualifications: Advanced customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized, with excellent time management and scheduling skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, or project management. Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills, with the ability to navigate our service territory. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of the HVAC and Plumbing industry, with a understanding of our products and services. 2+ years of experience as an HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher, with a proven track record of success. 2+ years of dispatching experience, with expertise in coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and resolving customer issues. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $26.00/hr to $31.00/hr, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with 50% paid by the employer. Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance, 100% paid by the employer. Life Insurance, with a $50,000 benefit, paid by the employer. 401(k) plan, with a 5% match after 6 months. Birthday Bonus, equivalent to 8 hours of pay.
