Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process and system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining quality metrics of assigned processes and interacting with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement Suggest and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure high standards of performance Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's core values and translate them into everyday practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and drive customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in process improvement and customer service.
