About the Role As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. You will also address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively. Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's brand and content, including new releases, promotions, and events, to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. You should be proficient in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is also essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with blithequark's brand and content is a plus. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is an asset. Knowledge of social media management tools and software is desirable.
