Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. You should be proficient in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is also essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
