Job Summary In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients via phone and email. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote arenaflex products. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, policies, and merchandising information to effectively assist customers and complete orders. Your expertise in utilizing inventory and ordering systems will enable you to efficiently and effectively manage customer requests and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product and sales-related questions via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information to effectively support customers Communicate customer issues and feedback to management to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement Expertly utilize inventory and ordering systems to efficiently and effectively assist customers and complete orders Assist with product inventories as directed to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems and enhance customer satisfaction Proactively generate sales and promote arenaflex products to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base Process customer requests for order placement in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring seamless order fulfillment Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and fairly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams. You should have experience with EDI systems, although this is not essential. You will also need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Essential Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers Experience with EDI systems is preferred, although not essential Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in business operations Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales/customer service experience, with a proven track record of success Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, charts, and reports Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices, with experience of utilizing these systems to manage stock levels and optimize inventory Ability to work with minimum supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
