About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative to join our Property and Casualty Insurance team. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and diverse team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service experiences, advise on plan options, and process new and amended enrollments. Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, and process new and amended enrollments Ensure that customers enjoy authentic and exceptional experiences, delivering expert customer service with a smile Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance High school diploma or GED Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English) Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Essential Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
