About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) to join our team of "game-changers" from over 70 countries. Essential Qualifications Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance High school diploma or GED Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service Patient and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products and services Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software What's in it for You At blithequark, we champion our people and invest significantly in their growth and development.
