Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your key responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide Helping customers resolve basic technical issues Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases Offering additional products and/or services to customers Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
