About the Job The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will play a vital role in our claims coordination team by providing administrative and staff support services. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information to process claims, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency. Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a professional manner. Compile reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide administrative and staff support services to the claims coordination team as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or data entry.
