Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent for the Merchant Team at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative, handling all inbound inquiries and establishing outbound communication through chats, emails, and calls. Key Responsibilities Handle all inbound inquiries received via chats, emails, and calls, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues. Independently resolve problems and issues that arise, escalating to team leaders, managers, or other departments as necessary. Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Service Agent for the Merchant Team at blithequark, you should possess: 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry, where you've developed strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with the willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems. Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a quickly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written professional English and Russian language skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse customer base. Great multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. A fast and reliable internet connection (at least 5mbps broadband internet connection) to ensure seamless communication and work efficiency. Knowledge or interest in the blockchain, digital assets, or fin-tech industry, with being a blithequark P2P user considered an added advantage. Flexibility to work on varying shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to provide around-the-clock support to our global customer base.
