About the Role: Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Please note that we are currently operating remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic and anticipate a partial return to our office location when the situation subsides. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and support. Demonstrate the ability to handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, which is required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic. The ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software, adapting to our systems and processes. The ability to keep sensitive information confidential, maintaining the trust and integrity of our clients and organization. Multi-language capability is not required, but a plus, as we serve a diverse client base. Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further development and growth. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, demonstrating experience in handling client inquiries and resolving issues.
