About the Role: Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and support. Demonstrate the ability to handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, which is required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic.
