Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing timely and effective assistance with travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates. Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on inquiries and requests.
