Key Responsibilities Provide informed and objective responses to complex concerns from callers regarding eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns. Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. Process workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents, to determine client eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF programs. Stay up-to-date with new knowledge of policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrate it with resource materials to answer client concerns. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, combined with 1+ year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
