As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our members. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you'll be the front-line resolution advocate for various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns. You'll leverage a range of communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email, to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support.
