Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve routine problems, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and other communication channels Resolve routine problems and concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools and resources to provide accurate and effective solutions Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and demonstrate empathy and understanding Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures Maintain basic knowledge of blithequark's products and services, and stay up-to-date with new developments and offerings Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Offer additional products and services to customers, and track and document customer interactions in our call tracking database Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or diploma in a related field preferred 3-6 months of relevant customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer support environment preferred Courteous and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills Dependable with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tolerance for repetitive work and ability to adapt to changes quickly Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision Demonstrate patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Experience with decision-support tools and resources Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
