Key Responsibilities Ensure that all customer interactions meet our contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery Clarify customer requirements, probing for understanding and using decision-support tools to provide effective resolutions Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers, listening attentively to their needs and concerns Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and protocols Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products and services, staying informed about new developments and updates Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating customer accounts and updating our systems as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Respond to customer inquiries, referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
