Job Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for our key partnerships, including the Amazon Protein partnership. This will involve close collaboration with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support. Your exceptional negotiation and communication skills will be essential in leading discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership and other key eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with Protein leadership and other internal stakeholders to align sales forecasts, ensure brand support, and drive business objectives. Lead negotiations and strategic discussions with customers to achieve long-term growth and partnership goals. Utilize data insights and analytics to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies, optimizing eCommerce performance. Oversee relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content and enhance brand presence online. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with previous sales experience in managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon. Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, coupled with proven P&L management experience, are essential. In addition to your professional experience, you will need exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. The capacity to work effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, is also crucial. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business. Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, with Amazon experience being highly desirable. Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with proven P&L management experience.
