With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success, we empower our customers to drive business outcomes and achieve accelerated growth. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Lead business outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and drive strategic and financial value for our customers. * **Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps**: Develop and execute comprehensive plans that align with arenaflex account team (direct sales) and drive near-term results in ProServe and Platform bookings. * **Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan**: Align with AWS account team (direct sales) and establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups to drive program success. * **Establish an internal network at arenaflex**: Build relationships with internal organizations critical to success, including Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. * **Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets**: Drive deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives. * **Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms**: Collaborate with the ProServe team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. **About the Team** Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving customer success. We strive for flexibility and work-life harmony, and we offer a range of benefits and resources to support our employees' well-being. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience * 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience * 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles * A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs * Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations **Compensation & Benefits** Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
