This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be provided, but we are a fast-moving company with high expectations. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in e-commerce, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service**: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message. * **Customer Communication**: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. * **Review Management**: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. * **Other Opportunities**: Depending on your level of experience, you will have the scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms. **Requirements** * **Experience**: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. * **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent).
