You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries, investigating issues, and escalating concerns to the relevant teams. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide world-class customer support through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-app chat * Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services * Investigate and escalate concerns to the relevant teams, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and fairly * Work closely with our Financial Crime team to identify and investigate potential fraud and scams * Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform product development and process improvements * Collaborate with our external product team to understand and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests * Support other members of the Customer Operations team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed * Participate in training and development programs to expand your knowledge and skills **Working Life and Shift Requirements** * You'll work remotely on an 'open availability' contract basis, ensuring that we're always available to support our customers 24/7 * Your shift pattern will change on a weekly basis, with some weekend work required * You'll have guaranteed time off each month, with the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit your needs * You'll be provided with a work laptop and smartphone, as well as access to our customer support system **Essential Qualifications** * You must be a UK resident and currently living in the UK * You must have the right to work in the UK, with satisfactory proof required * You must be over 18 years old * You must be able to work in a safe, private, and distraction-free environment * You must have a solid internet connection (download speed - 10mbps;
