**Experienced Customer Operations Advisor – Remote Customer Support**

We believe that by solving customers' problems, treating them fairly, and being transparent, we can make banking better. **Your Role as a Customer Operations Advisor** As a Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone calls, social media, email, and in-app chat. You'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support by listening to customers' concerns, empathizing with their problems, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. * Communicating with customers through various mediums, including phone calls, social media, email, and in-app chat. * Proactively identifying patterns in customer frustrations and hopes, and suggesting improvements to our processes, tools, or product. * Identifying customers who are in vulnerable situations and providing support to help them. * Working closely with our Financial Crime team to act as the first line of defense against financial crime. * Dealing with complex payments-related queries, investigating missing transfers and Direct Debits, and helping customers who are switching to arenaflex. * Understanding, prioritizing, and escalating customer feedback and feature requests to our product team. * Supporting other members of the customer support team by being a point of escalation and mentoring new joiners. * Maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and using this knowledge to inform our product development and customer support strategies. **Your Working Life and Shift Requirements** As a remote Customer Operations Advisor, you'll work on an open availability contract basis, which means your shift pattern will change on a weekly basis. You'll work some weekend days and have days off in the same working week. You'll be guaranteed one full weekend off each month. You'll need to work from home in the UK in a safe, private, and distraction-free environment, with a solid internet connection (download speed – 10mbps; upload speed – 3 mbps). **Essential Qualifications and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A UK resident and currently living in the UK * The right to work in the UK (an offer of employment is subject to satisfactory proof of this) * Over 18 years old * A deep care for delighting our customers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * The ability to use a laptop (an Apple MacBook will be provided by arenaflex) * A passion for investigating complex problems and finding solutions * Familiarity with social networks and technology * Friendly and super-organized * A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial: * Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the financial services industry * Knowledge of payments systems and financial regulations * Experience working with vulnerable customers * Familiarity with social media management tools and customer support software * A background in financial crime prevention or investigation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Operations Advisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in various areas of the COps team.
