Job Overview As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving business expansion and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with start times at 4am or 5am, and occasional overtime as needed. You will be responsible for providing exceptional selling, order writing, and merchandising services to our customers, while also growing our business in assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and utilizing point-of-sale materials to drive sales growth Maintaining appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale materials to ensure accounts meet arenaflex merchandising standards Determining stores' product needs, placing and transmitting orders in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes Restocking displays, sections, racks, coolers, and shelves in an aligned manner with labels facing outward for purchase and consumption Building displays and other promotional items throughout assigned stores, moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule Rotating products to ensure stores follow a first-in, first-out stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves at the end of each location visit Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within assigned loading dock areas Communicating account activities to appropriate parties and transporting, replacing, and maintaining point-of-sale advertising as needed Other projects or duties as assigned by management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising, preferably in the beverage industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products and equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime and variable schedules Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Prior experience working in a similar role, such as a sales representative, account manager, or merchandiser Knowledge of the beverage industry, including products, trends, and competitors Experience with inventory management, order writing, and point-of-sale systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective sales strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Results-driven mindset : a strong focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and achieving targets Excellent communication skills : ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management Strategic thinking : ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies Time management and organization : ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Physical and mental stamina : ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry products, and stand for long periods of time Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
