About the Role As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless interactions. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and deliver personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests in a professional and timely manner. Create and dispatch service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up communication. Identify and resolve customer concerns, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Utilize web-based system tools, such as OMS, Word, and Excel, to log communication, track service requests, and analyze data. Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, providing clear and concise communication. Escalate service calls to management as needed, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime. Maintain accurate records, including attaching Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS and auditing vendor reports. Act as the primary nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls. Proactively monitor on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to management contacts as necessary. Follow HIPAA regulations and ensure effective communication with daytime contacts and coworkers across multiple geographical regions. Perform other duties as determined by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide personalized support. Experience working with computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, with a strong foundation in technical skills.
