As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and text, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Utilize available resources and technology to determine the best course of action and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, multitasking with ease to input data accurately and gather necessary information. Address customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, and general inquiries, providing adequate information and explanations. Leverage problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems, remaining calm under pressure and providing timely solutions. Recognize and act on sales opportunities, following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information. Establish rapport with customers, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and inspiring them through every interaction. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers, delivering accurate and efficient information to resolve issues and help them define their needs. Listen attentively to customers, adapting to their needs and being resourceful in resolving problems. Practice continuous learning and self-development, staying up-to-date on blithequark's business and Contact Center resources. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Proficiency in using basic computer tools and navigating between applications. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service principles. Strong reading and writing skills. A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s DOWNLOAD and 5mb/s UPLOAD. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Previous experience in a contact center environment. Knowledge of sales principles and practices. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
